WhatsApp

WhatsApp Business, with the rules built in.

Connect a WhatsApp Business number and messages land in the same inbox as everything else. Templates, the 24-hour window and Meta's approval states are handled where you can see them, not hidden until something is rejected.

The parts that usually go wrong

The 24-hour window

Outside it, only an approved template may be sent. The composer shows when the window closes rather than letting a message fail.

Templates and their status

Draft, pending, approved, rejected — with the rejection reason. Sending on a template Meta has not approved is prevented, not attempted.

Opt-in recorded

Consent is stored per contact with the date it changed, because "we had permission" needs to be evidenced, not remembered.

Signed webhooks

Inbound events are verified against the app secret before anything is written. An unsigned request is rejected outright.

Delivery states

Queued, sent, delivered, read and failed are carried through to the thread, with the error when there is one.

Catalogue carts

A cart sent from the WhatsApp catalogue becomes an order in Convertras with its lines intact.

What you need on your side

  • A Meta Business account and a phone number not already registered to the WhatsApp consumer app.
  • Template approval is Meta's decision and its timing, not ours.
  • Meta charges per conversation; that bill is between you and Meta.
