Shared inbox
Every channel, one thread per customer.
Website chat and WhatsApp arrive in the same list, attached to the same contact. Whoever picks it up can see the whole history, the orders and who replied last.
What is on that screen
One contact, not four
A visitor who chats on the site and later messages on WhatsApp is one contact with one history, not two records nobody reconciles.
Assignment that holds
Threads are assigned to a person or left for the team. Taking over is one click and the previous owner sees it happen.
AI mode per thread
A conversation runs in AI mode until it should not. Handing it to a person keeps the transcript — the customer never repeats themselves.
The WhatsApp window, visible
The 24-hour free-reply window is shown in the composer, so nobody discovers it has closed by having a message rejected.
Notes and canned replies
Internal notes stay internal. Frequent answers are typed with a slash instead of pasted from a document.
Realtime, per workspace
New messages appear without a refresh, on a channel scoped to your workspace.
What it does not do yet
- Instagram and Messenger are not connected — website chat and WhatsApp are.
- There is no native mobile app; the inbox is responsive on a phone browser.
- Voice and video calls are out of scope.
