Build a quote from your catalogue, send it as a link, and take payment through Stripe. Orders placed on Shopify or WooCommerce arrive here too, attached to the contact who made them.
From question to paid
Catalogue
Products with SKU, price, currency and tax rate. Prices are held in minor units, so nothing is lost to rounding.
Quote
Lines from the catalogue or typed by hand, with a public link the customer opens without an account.
Payment
Stripe Checkout. Card numbers go to Stripe and never reach our servers.
Order
An accepted quote becomes an order. So does a Shopify or WooCommerce sale, with its own totals preserved.
Storefront sync
Shopify and WooCommerce send orders and customers over signed webhooks. A repeated delivery is recognised and skipped rather than duplicating the order — retries are normal, and a sync that double-counts revenue is worse than one that is late.
Both integrations were verified against live stores, with the resulting totals checked in the database rather than on screen.
What it does not do yet
- No inventory management — stock lives in your storefront.
- No shipping label or fulfilment integration.
- Refunds are issued in Stripe or your storefront, not from here.
- One currency per product; there is no automatic conversion.
